Welcome Home Coalition is a multicultural and intersectional alliance of organizations and individuals in the Portland Metropolitan Region, generating a movement for housing justice.

This proposal was created with the expertise of people experiencing the systems every day. These people have insight into what is working locally, and therefore, they are best suited to make recommendations on how we can decrease homelessness in the Portland region.
